The great complex of Moray is one of the few that remained intact after the great Spanish conquest, and according to studies it is believed that it was a special place of cultivation experiments at different altitudes, mostly coca leaves.
Moray acquired its name because of the corn crops, the month of May and the Moray, which are native foods of our great Peruvian food variety.
